Since logically speaking you will rarely ever see someone raise more than a handful of pokemon to max level, bother to even breed them for competitive play, let alone give a ratass about IV's, EVs, Natures, and Abilities especiall when that the competitive community just injects their pokemon and insults the casuals for doing it the "legitimate" way.
