They would be pretty set if they got that since Jynx is already decent in Rain with Dry Skin, Lovely Kiss, and Nasty Plot; and Mr. Mime just needs to get his Baton Pass job back from Espeon to be relevant again.
Evos would be cool, but not necessary for them. Especially Jynx since she has decent stats but her horrible typing is what's really holding her back and an evo wouldn't be any different; just a Froslass with a worse typing and Lovely Kiss.
