>>46212566Most Water types are typically used a defensive walls/pivots nowadays or are physcially oriented and wouldn't use it regardless. Keldeo doesn't have Ice Beam, and Dragons with double weaknesses to Ice aren't anywhere close to as threatening or commonplace as they were back in Gens 4-5.
