She nods, small sparkles bouncing off of her wings, "Yeah! We did real good, didn't we?"
"I should say so. Now father doesn't have to be scornfully furious that I disrupted his traveler's tourism with the defeat of the Jabberpocky, now if you want to go meet him upfront, all you have to do is simply buy a pastry. A brilliant solution, if I do say so myself, now adventurers won't melt or scald their faces when attempting to confront him."
For anyone that isn't used to this story suddenly taking a plot thread and twisting it until it's deathly beaten horse, this may seem confusing, however! It does reassure our hearts that in the end, captalisim is truly the solution to all the world's problems.
But what? What's this? What's wrong? The story is seemingly near its conclusion, the antagonist has been given new life, the townspeople are saved, their flour is returned and being put to new use, and the prince still retains the respect of his father while also finding both a new friend and rekindling with an old acquaintance.
Why is the story still going?! We're almost near the bump limit! Isn't this the end of it all? We've been running since Sunday and this is mass writer's overload! Is it not all's well that ends well yet? Is there some sort of seccret plot thread we overlooked? How fascinating! RUN PROTAGONIST RUN, SOMEONE SOMEWHERE NEEDS YOU TO DO SOMETHING!
