No, you can't make a deck around her without it, but no one was doing that anyway. She was a finisher for decks that needed a closer like Yanmega Break - a very fast deck, but one that falls off. She stills hits like a fucking truck late game for a DCE. In a deck made with her in mind, she can easily hit for over 200 towards the end of a game.
