Both the user and the stand share the ability if the stand is in close proximity. The ability is whipping out wind blasts and produce sandstorms with those, or just blowing people away. However, it is impossible to be used if the user is immobile, silent, or too frightened. The stand also gives a large speed booat to the user's speed, up to Mach 2 but only if he is not touching the ground. The stand may carry the user ro make this work, but if it's not the user itself moving, no windblasts.
