He's got wide shoulders and no head- torso face like Registeel. His eyes are in a spiral, like a galaxy. What kind of spiral that is up to you. His legs peter out, tapering into a genie-like tail, and he's got a black void-like color and texture, sorta like a dark gel with glowing motes of light inside.
