Where I'm from, usually 3rd restrooms are for families and disabilities. Pic related. A Pokémon version of the family part would have a male Pikachu, a female Pikachu, and a Pichu. The wheelchair accessible part would likely be a Pikachu in a wheelchair instead of something more fitting like a Whirlipede or a Varoom or maybe Game Freak will make a wheelchair Pokémon next gen to solve this.
