My current project. The first stage is based on the cymbal monkey toys who applauds performances, while pic related is the actual performer. Greatest challenge is essentially trying to stay away from the Simisage/sear/pour lines, but since they have the bodybuild I need it's kind of hard not to think about them. Its typing is Electric/Fairy since my current theory is that the latter type not only includes myth and legends, but also idols and general showbusiness themes as well (See: Sylveon and Mr Mime).
>>26517527Seems pretty general for a fish design. If you absolutely want the scars, then go with the below version since the top one seems to have them placed randomly (real scars would be, but this is a conscious design, so yeah). If you want to give it an assassin feel, see if you can look up references for cool knives and try to incorporate those as fins. I get the feeling you've done that already, but it could be more emphasized.
>>26519386I'd say 5 and 6 are your best choices. You'll always struggle with not making it too similar to Houndoom, but the other versions felt too silly while the two I mentioned have two strong features that aren't featured in Houndoom's regular or mega form.
>>26520740Looks better, although the crown can have taller spikes and still look like a crown, so if you're missing the horns then that's one thing to consider.
>>26538264The last stage feels somewhat odd compared to its two earlier stages since the clouds goes from being a major feature to just body hide. I get that Altaria makes things difficult for this design, but as it stands, this is just a flying dragon with long whiskers, the clouds are just something on the side.
