Many of the Pokemon in this game have recieved buffs/rebalances. Some notable examples being Dragonair gaining a statspread of 81/74/75/120/90/105/BST:545 + Drizzle, the whole Larvitar-Line gaining access to Sand Stream, many weaker Pokemon gaining improved stats, Onix gaining the same BST as Steelix, Ice being buffed, ect
The game contains an expanded ingame Pokedex, even bigger than Platinum. Containing many new Pokemon, both from older and newer generations
