Encountered the first time in the regional pokemon graveyard area giving the protagonist a silent nod of respect and the TM for Shadow Ball. Battle room is a badly damaged ballroom with no roof to reveal the outside. Contains various art pieces of notable trainers and elite four members as well as statues of the Unova legendary and event pokemon and a statue of N in the center. The damage disappears and the area looks lively and new at a night of a full moon.
