I think the Nuclear mons were screwed in general in Uranium due to barely having access to any Nuclear moves and the few they got were usually only learned absurdly late into the game, not to mention most Nuclear moves were exclusive to Urayne if I'm not mistaken and you don't get that thing until the end of the game.
