It is a great and marketable design, however some things are fishy.
There is very little information on the page compared to official concept art that nearly fills the page. All we see is the pose, rolled up, side view, and cuts showing the tail end and spines. There's PLENTY of information missing that is needed, especially for a generation that is using 3D models.
And only the main shot of the Pokemon is in color. Going off other colored concept art, the rolled pose and side view would be in color as well. As a note, the anime settei art commonly shows a Pokemon in nearly all views making different expressions and sometimes show where the shadows would be placed on the figure. Even then there is more art than text.
However, even though it's uploaded on a fakemon DA account, the art/art style is a little too Pokemon compared to the user's other art. They also uploaded a screencap of a fake leaker, so they aren't using their DA properly (for art, not photobucket) in the first place.
tldr; There is an unusually low amount of content on the page vs legit art, it just doesn't match the real art we've seen before. DA uploader might have had someone make it for them.
