>>31025954Yeah I know what you mean. Self doubt is always there. I actually got into like a 3 year writer's block for it and I've been trying to claw my way out of it. I think at this point I've just been steadily losing my mind and I also dont really give a shit anymore so I just decided to start writing again. I dont even care if what I'm writing sucks or not I'm just going to do it.
(also SM made Pokemon my main fandom again and made me want to start writing for the old Pokemon fics I never finished)
One of the small solaces I have is that I feel like the stuff I'm writing now is better than what I wrote 3 years ago. I mean, I guess if you can look back at your old stuff and feel like you got better then you can believe that you can get even better from where you are now too.
I think it will always come to you in time
I've heard a few things about publishing too, but maybe you'll get lucky and find a good publishing house that gives you some autonomy. But I dont really know too much about it myself
