Mega Aerodactyl is the worst. The attack upgrade is less than a life orb, the speed upgrade doesn't make his speed surpass anything of real note (maybe a random choice scarfer or two), and the other stat boosts are too miniscule to matter.
Meanwhile, his ability only boosts the following notable moves: Elemental Fangs, Wing Attack/Aerial Ace, Iron Head, Crunch, Aqua Tail (Gen 5 only). What's missing? ANY ROCK MOVE, let alone something with high base power.
