You then choose 4 of your own Pokemon. Once the battle starts, you see the Pokemon selected by the other person, and the teams are switched, meaning you have your opponents Pokemon, and they have yours, and that's how the battle goes.
Yeah, there'd be the asswipes using the shit Pokemon just to fuck with you. But I think it'd approve after a while, like Wonder Trade did; eventually, the 10 year olds would stop using it and serious players could use it and have fun.
