As bad as the main anime with Ash be, at least it can claim to 'ave, ye know... an actual story. Thar be no story to be found aboard Generations, just a bunch of flashy fight scenes, an' "epic moments" with absolutely nothing tying them together, an' no context to them, unless ye played the games.
Enjoying this anime be on par with watching Michael Bay movies unironically. In fact no, those at least actually try to 'ave a story to go with the explosions an' fighting.
