The top pic is the one that the steelix-floats side has been posting consistently, and I just realized that it's a wild double battle, which is why Steelix is so off center and is raised up further away. The bottom pic is how it looks normally, and while it still has a very small portion in contact with the ground, it isn't nearly as raised up as the top pic makes it seemed.
With that and all the selectively-cherrypicked anime screenshots I'm wondering why people feel the need to try and fabricate more evidence for Steelix floating than the Stadium model already provides?
