Based on saying "when pigs fly" when something is a lie (Grumpig is the Manipulate Pokemon) or when things are impossible [/spoiler:lit]just like Grumpig getting a mega[/spoiler:lit].
Ability: I liked Magic Bounce (because it is a magic pig whose pre-evolution is based on a spring) but it is pretty much a better Xatu then, so,
