She's unironically my favorite pokemon NPC. I like the suggestion of her past relationship with Oak, and that she's a tough old bitch even at 94 or however old she's supposed to be. I also like the slightly morbid question her appearance (and then disappearance) in the games raises about pokemon outliving their trainers. Very appropriate for a ghost specialist.
