hell gen 2 and gen 4 starters didn't got shit, not even a boost or a variant.
I want them to be more relevant, to have something to drive people to use them and be useful.
also an alolan shuckle with a unique ability and a special set of attacks that can only be learned by shuckles through breeding would have been fine.
