>is it possible to become a f2p godYes, follow the guide in the OP and do the trainer challenges, once you get 500 coins buy the alolan exeggutor theme deck. You have to beat the trainers with the three decks they give you then the deck you brought to get the free pack. Once you finish the trainer challenge, Once you get another 500 coins, buy the alolan exeggutor deck again and put them together to make a simple yet decent deck for online.
Or you can buy the Entei theme deck and join theme tournaments for packs and coins.
Almost all packs that the game gives you will be tradelocked (ie can't trade them online) until you hit level 16 from the daily challenges they give you. To make it easier just pick the challenges that you can do in the trainer challenge (against the bots instead of online) then rinse and repeat.
