what's the difference between 15/15/15 and the ones that aren't? is there a real difference between anything with the three stats above 10? i'm asking you guys that because i'm wanting to evolve my seadra, one is 13/13/13 and the other one is 10/15/15 but i not really sure if i should wait until anything full 15 or anything almost there (total of 44, for exemple) or not wait at all and live my best life with a cute kingdra.
