>Swap to Sackwallop
>VS Pidgeot
>Smack it with a Fake Out, and then switch Lightwire into an Air Slash
>Thunder Punch Pidgeot into the red where it eats its Sitrus Berry, it hits Lightwire into the red with Return where he eats his Sitrus Berry
>One more Thunder Punch beats it
>VS Rhydon
>Switch to Nightrider anticipating an Earthquake, but Rhydon goes for Stone Miss instead
>U-turn into Sackwallop, take a Stone Edge
>KO it with Fake Out followed by Close Combat
>VS Machamp
>Switch back to Nightrider who takes a Dynamic Punch to the face
>I'm not confident about fighting confusion, so I just switch to Maraco and take a Stone Edge from Machamp
>We trade a Psychic and Stone edge with puts both of us in the red where Maraco eats its Sitrus Berry
>Blue uses Full Restores while I blast Machamp with Psychic until he doesn't heal again
>VS Arcanine
>Switch to Janice and block Arcanine's Flare Blitz with Flash Fire
>I go for Dig, but Arcanine hits me with Extreme Speed before I burrow and then with Dragon Pulse after I hit it
>Janice is now in the yellow already having eaten her Sitrus Berry
>Dig won't 2KO, so I switch to Frigita
>Frigita takes an Extrem Speed on the switch-in and a Flare Blitz before KOing it with Surf
>VS Gyarados
>Switch into Nightrider who takes a Return
>Go for Fly to see if I can 2KO with it, Gyarados sets up a Dragon Dance
>Fly knocks Gyarados below half, but it uses Ice Fang
Nightrider dies to Ice Fang
>Lightwire finishes the fight with a Thunder Punch
Well, it is time for the final grind in preparation for Red. I will need one last teammate to replace poor Nightrider. It's possible I can catch one more Golbat in either Cerulean Cave or Silver Cave.
