Since she kissed Ash on the lip, she will no longer feel any fear & submissiveness around Ash because there is nothing to hide anymore and completely open with her feeling now, Now she will be at the level where she can be sassy around Ash but also openly hugs him like Maylu & Lan whenever she gets the chance.
A running gag would be Ash being still oblivious even after Serena openly express her infatuation toward him.
