new exp share makes people only use their starter and they never actually use their other mons in battle, its horribad.
getting a free switch on a KO shouldn't even exist either, it completely kills any sort of come back the enemy could have and makes new players spoiled because then they get to the tower/subway/tree/online and realize the game lied to them and now they have to use set.
