Mechanic wise, its one of the best. Every pokemon could take advantage of this mechanic instead of the selected few. 50 shards is a bit too steep. Tera wouldn't exist anywhere else in any other pokemon because lore reason. Appearance wise, it get straight to the point, but I understand that the hat can be distracting.
