Thus far, a lot of TRU stores are getting things in, but it depends entirely on the store if they can sell them or not before the 1st.
My local one got some in and I spotted a Blastoise in the Pokeball packs (which thus far I haven't heard of since the only pictures I've seen are of the fire final evos)
