Urshifu water could also work, since the crit from Surging Strike ignores Intimidates. You're right though, I don't see much room for variation. Sandiconda could be an interesting replacement of Ttar if a non-ground type can take advantage of the sand. Perhaps Soutland or another sand-friendly non rock/steel/ground Pokemon. Is Sand Rush Dracovish still locked?
