Reasking from previous thread. How would you find PTCG formats being handled like this?
>Legends (non-rotating) - all expansions ever printed (so HeartGold & SoulSilver onward for PTCGO with more sets being added in the future)
>Exalted (non-rotating) - Black & White onward
>Standard (rotating) - starts with 10 expansions. Every 5 new expansions are released the 5 oldest ones are rotating out
>Encounters (non-rotating) - only Common and Uncommon cards are allowed. Cardpool like Legends or HGSS onward both in paper and online to not split the format into two different metas.
