I'd say Sky had better written dialogue but Super has a much better story overall.
I was fully expecting some dumb overtaking of the final boss with mega evolution or a mega energy for non-megas but instead you beat down the final boss in your starter forms. Also what your partner says in the end is really meaningful. Mew is the best fucking partner in the series.
