She's also cursed to have a Ghost pokemon, the worst thing to be a monotype so she'd be extra forgettable if she didn't show that much skin for a pokemon girl.
The only Elite 4 girl to be an more or less an exception to the E4 curse is Khali and out of all the S/M she probably has the least art.
