As far as Dragon Pokemon go, I always thought it would be interesting to let the player decide which one they want to use. With that said, each "Region" of the game could have one: Mt. Battle could house Gibles, Agate village is located high in the mountains, so swablu could be found around there somewhere. Dratini could be found in some watery area, Horseys in the sea, Then, in the General desert area, you could have a combination of Trapinch and Game Exclusive, based off either Bagon or Kommo-O
