I don't have time to play around with you, I have to do mom stuff. I will say that I think the only Pokemon that would "allow" themselves to be raped or tortured are the babies, the weak ones, and the first evolutions since they're too powerless to do anything about a fully grown man abusing them. However, if other humans or stronger Pokemon noticed something wrong, they would 100% rescue them, and in a real life setting Pokemon would have less restraint and may actually kill people like that pretty often. It's a silly thing to discuss anyway because topics like this are never black or white; the real answer is in a gray area where chances are, some Pokemon will be obedient and others will be rebellious because they all have different personalities.
