its teeth are modified horns, so it's not a properly constructed second mouth, but it also says it can swallow people whole with that same horntooth mouth, and that because it can't taste (no tongue) that's the mouth it uses to eat things it doesn't like. it also mentions it chewing, so it's not just a big metal venus fly trap.
So it can eat with both mouths, even though one mouth's skeleton probably looks close to two of those chairs from beetlejuice facing each other.
