>>42746855>$200-$300 console, $200 version lacks many features and has lag issues>$60 video game (+$60 for both versions)>$20 NSO services (yearly)>$16 HOME service (yearly)>$30 DLC (per version)It's $260~$420 just to play SwSh without online, plus $3 in monthly fees and am additional $30 fee for content that should've been originally included in the $60 main game. You must pay $60 to have DLC on both games.
This is on addition to your monthly bills, assuming you're a working adult and not a NEET or a child.
The full SwSh experience costs $516, including regular console + both games + both DLC packages + yearly service fees.
At this point, moba and PC gaming is fucking cheaper and you can do far more with a smart device or a PC than a Nintendo console.
>inb4 lol poorfagRemember when Pokemon was just $200-$300 handheld + $40 per game, where each handheld usually had at least 2 gens worth of games that would run on it before they upgraded to the next console? And those games granted hundreds of hours of gameplay? During an era in which smartphone gaming wasn't a thing and phones were just for calling?
I don't like this gen very much and I don't like any of it enough to overpay for all of this genuine poor quality and low effort. Paypigs don't deserve moral support when the product's TOS literally says "we're not responsible for the application becoming defective". No decent business does this shit. You would have to genuinely be retarded or akin to an abuse victim to keep giving your time and money away like this.
