Just replace Limber with Mimicry. It can actually use Mimicry better than its Galarian form, because it can learn a terrain move, lose three weaknesses from becoming monotype, and has a higher special attack to utilize Terrain Pulse.
Then give Galarian Stunfisk abilities that don't actively hamper it, like Iron Barbs and Sand Veil.
