https://files.catbox.moe/veum6z.7zI consider this build fully playable if you only want to run around in the battle tower. The PWT and Battle Factory are available to play around in, buuuuuuuuuuuuuuut they need a hell of a lot of work, so I wouldn't spend too much time there.
If you have any questions, let me know. Also, let me know if I accidentally made another soft lock in the the move tutor menu. After this build, I'll hare one more before going dark, but that one's going to take much longer since I plan to make the gathering areas next.
