Should we judge them by their abillity to speak? Or their perceived intelligence? Also, is relationships with pokemon legal in the pokemon world? Would a relationship with a human-like pokemon be frowned upon? Also, are pokemon lower on the evelution scale considered younger? Or is that just in terms of their biological advancement?
