Tamers from Gen 1 (definitely with Lollipop) and Harlequins. Psychics are really cool in their own right and they make sense. I'll throw in a rogue Janitor to clean up.

He's a magician and a circus performer who does acrobatics using his Psychic Pokemon to move around in the air more than humans can on their own. His face is always hidden by a harlequin mask with a purple pattern to represent Psychic types. A few hints are dropped but it's up to the player what exactly he looks like.

Balance puzzles using gyro controls. Maybe a tightrope or balancing on a ball, with some obstacles.
