Take 10 from sp. attack, and add 10 to hp, attack, def and speed so that rock polish would allow you to outspeed all unboosted things save Electrode, Accelgor, Ninjask and megaAero (I think?). Alternatively, because muh starter BSTs, give it shell smash. Why does Torkoal get it and he doesn't? Or both could happen. That's cool too.
