I also have other rules like no Ken Sugimori stock art (it has to be an actual illustration), only English cards (even though English is not my native language). I also try to avoid 3D art unless it's the best I have or it's the only option for that Pokémon (like Megas and stuff). I also try to favor Kouki Saitou's arts because that's my favorite PTCG illustrator.
Anyway, first, the Kanto starters.
