Feel free to disregard this post, but this issue will blow up sooner or later. Better to stop beating around the bush and settle on a solution while there are still some people interested in the thread.
At this point the only way for the project to be free of Majora would be to absolutely ignore him, and treat everyone who responds as Majora too.
This would be a perfect solution, but it would require everyone to cooperate, and there are trolls that would do it anyway.
