I’m looking for pokemon that would be viable as starters with +110ish BST, some custom moves, and a change in ability (game wouldn’t have removed abilities). They would have to be first form Pokemon with a 330 BST or lower (baby forms added later don’t count against this). Ideally I’d like 2-3 from each gen that covers every type Incase people want to do a monotype run. Plus if the first form is more popular than its evolution and ends up in the high 300s to low 400s BST range after buffing. So far I got
