Fearow. I still use him in my OU team, and I've managed to reach 1400 in the ladder with him, but there's no denying that there are several better Pokemon that could fill his role and do it better. I currently use him for Ground-type coverage with Drill Run, and setting up M-Mawile and Clawitzer with Tailwind.
We'll get to 1500 eventually I'm sure ;_;
