These are my top 10 candidates for cross-generational evolutions in Generation 8. These Pokémon all have abysmal base stats for fully evolved Pokémon.

>Delibird is just weak for no good reason. It's not gimmicky enough to warrant being a standalone Pokémon. It's not merchandised that much, but an even more Christmas-themed evolution could easily help that. Also, Ice/Flying should be better utilized.
What do you think? I was glad to see that the BST problem seems to have been solved in the most recent gens with some Pokémon still being weak, but at least better than most first and middle stages. Share your wishlists.
