The difference between 10 Stamina and 15 Stamina is 2-4 HP depending on the legendary, which is not at all significant, and because you can't use legendaries for defending Defense is absolutely worthless, whether it's 10 or 15. Attack is literally all that matters; if you catch a 15 ATK legendary, it may as well be a 100% IV one.
