Nah, it's still OP in VGC. The only reason it's fallen off is because restricteds are allowed and it gets shit on by Calyrex Shadow Rider, which is basically just Mega Flutter Mane.

Ban Restricteds and Flutter Mane goes back to 60%+ usage because it drags its nuts across non-restricted-Pokemons' faces.

Koraidon is one of the most used restricteds in VGC. Its only real issue is that the meta is currently 1 restricted only meaning the opportunity cost for running Koraidon is that you're giving your opponent's Flutter Mane a stat boost and you're not running Calyrex-S.

If we get a 2 restricted meta before the gen's end, Koraidon is going to see even more use.

Sturdy is just that good when you would otherwise get one-shot by the absurdly powerful restricted Pokemon in the format.
