>>36544449Apparently the game took my complaints about how easy the last few boss battles have been to heart, because Victory Road was fucking insane. Wally showed up right out of the gate with a Wobbuffet and I had to spam Sky Uppercuts and pray I didn't crit unless it was in kill range, his ace was a Deoxys, two more trainers had Wobbuffet, a Dragon Dance Rayquaza would've swept my entire team if it went for a second Dragon Dance instead of spamming Fly, and LITERALLY EVERYTHING did the classic "somehow protect 2-3 times in a row successfully, attack, rinse and repeat" strategy so I had to keep leaving to heal. Longest. Victory Road. Ever.
After going back to clear out the optional areas that I missed and making some last-minute adjustments to my movesets and items, I sold everything I didn't need and stocked up on supplies, and grinded everything up to the same level. I'm pretty sure I've done everything I can do at this point except the Regi quest, so I guess it's finally time to bite the bullet and take on the Elite Four.
