Given Lin's indicated to be the final boss, along with things like "Weird psychic child cannot percieve Lin" and the fact Lin is meant to be killed by Ame, but instead, does the deed, indicates that Lin is somehow also breaking 'fate' or what not.
Hence, Lin=Terra, or at least that they're in cahoots, ot that Terra is the true final boss.
